I have experience from a number of backup applications. My experience from your software is that it is so easy to understand that "any" consultant can come to a customer and do a full restore if there is a disaster. I have done at least one full unplanned disaster recovery using your software and restoring by copying files directly from the repository to VMWare ESXi. It cannot be easier

As well as being an affordable solution for doing vm guest backups, Trilead technical support has been responsive and very pleasant to work with.
